In a couple of questions, I can see that Flow is mentioned as a recommended solution even if it can be achieved using Process Builder and even in the solution it is mentioned that it could be achieved using PB but going forward Salesforce recommends using Flow. So I am kind of confuse I am planning to take my test on October 1st week so shall I answer Flow as the best solution even for simple use cases that could be achieved using Process Builder. What are the factors I should consider for using flow instead of Process Builder in simple use cases?
Salesforce highly recommends using flows in scenarios that require before-save operations such as performing a certain action before a record is saved. This is because before-save record-triggered flows are very much faster compared to processes and workflow rules. Also, Salesforce recommends using flows whenever feasible in scenarios that involve after-save operations because flows just perform better and are flexible. When it comes to choosing which automation tool to use in a given scenario, the key thing really is to master the capabilities of each automation tool. In the actual certification exam, the details provided in the question and available options will help you determine the correct answer.

How to clear out answers selected on questions for an individual topic to do the test again without answers already highlighted?
Hi Vivek! Thank you for reaching out. After doing a topic exam, you may click on the FINISH EXAM button. The system will compute for your percentage score and you will be presented with 3 options. Choosing the RESTART EXAM button in the middle will allow you to retake the exam with no answers being highlighted. Hope this clarifies.
