    Hi,
I have a question to slide 12 in section “Determine the mobility requirements” – in my Partner Community , in Administration Settings, the “Tab ” is not visible at all.
How can I make it visible?

      Hi Iuliia,

The ‘Tab’ menu item will only be available if you’re using the Salesforce Tabs + Visualforce template for your community.

      Hi Braden,

We will update the material to be the same as the Help page. Salesforce recently remove the Commerce Portals license and also changed some details about the External Apps license.

      Thank you for your feedback!

    Hi,

I’m finding some conflicting information when it comes to the External Apps license.

The slides show that the license has access to both the Sales and Service cloud objects (Leads & Cases) whereas the Salesforce help page, says that it doesn’t have access to these – https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=users_license_types_communities.htm&type=5

Then furthermore, the pricing page for it, states that Case Management is offered, which I wouldn’t see is possible without access to the Case object. – https://www.salesforce.com/editions-pricing/community-cloud/external-apps/

    Thanks
    Kieran

      Hi Kieran,

Salesforce updated the license info and they also removed the Commerce Portals license. We will update the diagrams as needed.
