I have never failed an exam that I have used FoF to study for. The study guides go through the information required in an easy-to-digest method. The practice exams really help to focus (see what I did there) on the information and how it might be presented in a real exam. I always recommend FoF to anyone looking to study for a certification.

A BIG thanks for the well organized Platform App Builder study material and mock exams. Using the course material and then the practice exams, I was able to gauge where I needed to spend more study time. The fee for this material is a pittance to pay, for the tremendous value I received (not complaining, mind you).

Passed the first attempt today. Not as easy for me as the Admin one I took in August (my day job is platform app builder/admin), but that was mainly due to not putting in enough study/revision time on this cert compared to the Admin one. The explanations on incorrect answers during practice exams were extremely helpful and I think the FoF courses/practice exams are extremely well written and helpful. I’ve already started my Service Cloud Consultant course, 1 hour after passing Platform App Builder. I’m on a roll now ?

I passed by Platform App Builder Certification Exam yesterday and wanted to tell you how helpful the your exams were. I used them about mid-way through my preparation process to see what I knew and didn't know and which areas I need to focus on most. Being able to prioritize those areas helped me exponentially! Thank you for this excellent tool!

The questions were great, I passed the exam first time. The way the questions were organized really helped me focus on what I needed to study on, so was really pleased with it.

I really enjoyed Focus on Force's teaching methods. They show you practical examples after theory instruction, with easy to learn and memorize charts displaying the information they want to convey in the lesson well.

I did find the exams helpful. I took the app builder certification test on Friday and passed on the first try. The format of the test was great preparation for the real thing. However, what helped the most was being able to identify topics where I lacked knowledge. Then I was able to use the included reference links to study those areas in depth.

The materials were up to date with the latest Salesforce releases. I really liked the reference material to Salesforce documentation that was shown for every answer. The questions were in a similar format as the actual test questions.

Just what is needed to pass the certs. The exams are a true representation of the actual exam and prepares the candidate well enough to take the test.

I used both practice exam packs alongside my Trailmix to study and managed to pass both exams. The questions are different from the actual exam but definitely help you understand key concepts.

The material was comprehensive and digestible. Each session was light and easy to watch, and left me confident in the material. I really appreciated the study session videos and spending more time covering the topics. But the real gem was the Practice Exams! The explanations of each question are incredibly valuable. I recommend them to everyone. And most importantly I passed the certification. Thanks and I will use your company again!

The practice exams are very helpful as I get a detailed explanation for each answer and references to other Salesforce Knowledge Articles which help me get into the depth of the topics. Features such as certification tracker and target dates help keep the studying on track.

They were very useful in preparing for the tests. The material is well organized and clearly presented. The tests are especially useful for seeing which areas I need to go back and focus on. Questions are well written and explanations are a great way to learn.

I have been working in the Salesforce ecosystem for over 6 years and hadn't needed to sit for my certifications until I recently started job hunting and certs became a "must-have". I've passed my App builder certification in the first attempt. FOF material is really helpful but Exam questions were really tricky as compared to question in exam guide. One should need a deep understanding of the data model and declarative automation tools.

I found the practice exams useful, being in the same format along with having the timer made it easier to pace myself during the actual exam.

The explanations for why each possible answer for a question are correct/incorrect are very helpful.

The practice exams are great. I like to use them to find what topics I need to study. Then use the study guides and Trailhead for those sections.

The best way to prepare for the official exam is to take the practice exams here and take notes on what you get wrong.

Focus on force really works! I purchased both the Platform App and Admin 201 study guides and practice exams. Needless to say, I passed both exams on the first try.

Very good and relevant study material

The Platform App Builder training guide on Focus on Force is the way to go if you need a condensed version of learning materials. Trailhead is a great place to start if you do not have any idea about the exam topics (just memorizing stuff would not work). Once you have got the idea of where to find the settings needed and get some practical experience in a test org, go to Focus on Force and train your memory muscles. I have been able to clear the Platform Builder Exam just after ten days of study (only during lunch breaks and in the evenings).

focus is necessary and important for exam success

The Focus on Force practice exams were a huge asset in preparing for the Platform App Builder Exam. I was able to increase my score by about 20 points over the first practice test that I took and was able to pass the actual exam by at least 15 points. If anything, the Focus on Force Practice Exam was MORE difficult than the actual exam - as it should be. Thank you, Focus on Force!
