I want to thank the FocusOnForce team for their outstanding resources. While the study guide provided a solid foundation in the basics and key concepts, it wouldn’t have been enough on its own for me to pass the exam. It was the practice exam that really pushed those concepts across the finish line. It helped me understand how questions are structured and significantly improved my ability to cross-eliminate and select the best answers, a skill that was crucial during the actual test.
While Prompt Builder was my lowest-scoring area at 77%, I was fortunate to perform well in the other categories, enough to achieve an overall score of 89%.

Since you’re new, we recommend starting with the ‘Agentforce Concepts’ section in the study guide to build foundational understanding of Agentforce. Since each objective builds on the previous one, you should start with the first objective to understand the core concepts before diving into more advanced features.
