I just wanted to point out that there is an example User Story within the reasoning on a question about User Stories in which the example has a solution…something to the effect of, “As a …, I want to implement Salesforce Service Cloud, so that…” I may be wrong but I understand that you should not solution in a User Story.

Hi guys! I’m very happy to share that I cleared the BA exam today! ?
Couple of things: the overall level of the exam is tougher than the exams, BUT all concepts that are presented here on our mock exams, will be on the actual exam.
If you pass the exams with a nice score (85% or higher) AND you understood well the concept behind it, then go for it!
TIP: read all questions very carefully! There slightly differences / details, that should be really read with maximum attention!

Custom apps
Published Site.com sites
Active Salesforce Sites
Active flows
Custom tabs
Visualforce pages
and Visualforce is the correct answer.
Did pass with high score on the 1st try but felt like the question is the exam are far more complex than in this guide. Good prep but 100% doesn’t mean an easy pass on the test…

In this Salesforce Business Analyst course we have two practice test available is it enough to pass the exam?
