On the slide 13 in the Customer discovery, second lesson, it’s stated that the parts of journey map is contact instead of context. Is that an error or is contact right?

I have used used FOF for two other SF certs previously and as always the platform never disappoints with a highly detailed analysis of each topic for the Salesforce Business Analyst Certification with accompanying diagrams, which help to increase understanding of complex topics.
The level of detail is definitely greater with FOF than covered in the SF Business Analyst trailmix. This leads to higher levels of confidence while learning, a greater understanding of the topic as a whole and an increased chance of passing the exam first time, through the multitude of practice exams available.
