I have a question , please.
The text says that username must be unique across all salesforce orgs. However, it also says that the email and username will be the same when adding multiple users. So I am afraid to say I did not understand.

Hi Pedro,
When adding multiple users, the email of the user being added will also be their username. In that sense, the email and username are the same for that specific user. In contrast, when creating a single user, it is possible to have a username different from the email address.

When displaying “Past Results” of a specific exam “Average Score” and “Your Score” are shown. What does “Average Score” represent?
It’s the average score of all users who have taken that particular exam.

This doesn’t work for me, as I know I can reschedule the exam. I prefer to ask others to help keep me accountable by holding mock exams for me at predetermined intervals.
I passed my certified administrator exam a couple weeks ago! Focus on Force was so helpful! I would recommend purchasing the study guide and the practice exams.
