Hi there… I absolutely am enjoying this course – it is thorough, well-written and extremely comprehensive. Please indicate if I need to know the sales and marketing applications number two as well as the user set up number two. There are no percentage points associated with this. I hope not… But I bet it is recommended, or it wouldn’t have been included in the first place. Kindly advise.
Hello, Linda! We are glad that you are enjoying our course. We would like you to know that some topics like Sales & Marketing Applications are subdivided into two or more parts in order to prevent overloading content per page. To make it short, part 2 (or 3 and up) is essential and is included in the official exam outline. It also means that the topics in these succeeding parts are included in the percentage. For your reference, please navigate to the Exam outline section of the official Salesforce exam guide for admin certification below:

What a detailed response! Thank you… I understand your reply perfectly. I appreciate you taking your time to be clear! I just bought the mock tests…Tomorrow when I am fresh I will start:)
Just completed my first attempt at the Certified Administrator exam, and I passed!
I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off of my shoulders, and I honestly don’t know how I would’ve done it without the help of the Focus On Force resources!
Salesforce needs to make you all an official partner and direct all trainees here!
Thanks again,
Paul
Great news, Paul! Congratulations on clearing the exam! The whole team is glad to know that our materials helped, cheers!
I have no prior experience in IT. Learning from this website and trailhead. im really nervous.
Hello – i just wanted to say i passed the Certified Administrator exam yesterday – thank you so much for the fantastic materials and practice exams – they really helped.
Great news, Liz! Congratulations on clearing the exam, the whole team is happy to know that we are able to help.
Hi Liz, Did you go through all the links provided or you only referred to the slides?
I passed at my 2nd attempt, and I barely passed. But pass is pass. It doesn’t matter if you get a 65% or a 95% on your 1st, 2nd, or 3rd attempts.
I wanted everyone to know that I can do it, anyone can do it. The exam questions are different and tricky, so it really helps to understand the material and know how to take the test. So I purchased the practice exams so understand the strategy, but I never scored more than 80%. I never looked at the answers either…I just reworked on the sections I did not do well on. I took many, many practice exams over and over until I got the sections under a reasonable percentage. I stumbled on the 1st question of the exam and I thought I was surely going to fail it again. But strategy taught me to go through all the other questions and come back again when I’m done. That’s what I did. I came back again and again until I had 2min. left. Again, if I can do it this. Anyone can.
Hi Abhik, congrats on passing the exam, we’re happy that our materials helped. Thanks for sharing your experience!
Oh my goodness what a beautiful encouragement you are to me! You are so humble and sweet to be so open about your journey thank you so much… I am working so hard and I am making progress but it really is a daunting task there is so much material. I just took my first practice exam last night and only got a 58 but I hadn’t studied one section and the other section I hadn’t looked at in a long time so I feel very encouraged. Just got the notetaker section to work and I am coming up with great notes in conjunction to each of the slides having a lot of fun actually and now I feel encourage that in due time I too will have success. Thank you so much for your encouragement:)
Thank you for this! I have booked my exam and I feel super nervous. I have no IT experience and thats why I have been doubting myself but thank you for the motivation!
Had a question on Security -> IP Ranges. If in Network settings Ranges are set. Outside IP Range: Verification and Login challenge is sent. INside IP Range Login without verifying identity. The question that I had, 1) Is there a scenario where Only the Verification is required without login challenge 2) If Inside IP Range and user login in for the first time will the user need to enter the verification or will they be automatically logged in ?
Hello, Kiran! Thanks for taking the time in sharing your clarification. Please take note that ‘login challenge’ refers to the identity verification method that is sent to users. Identity verification and login challenge are the same thing which somehow answers your first question. For your second question, even though a user logs in for the very first time, he/she can log in without receiving a login challenge as long as he/she logs in within the IP Range. Usually, for a newly created user, an account verification email will be sent which contains a link to verify the account and consequently set a new password. After this process, he/she will be automatically logged in to the org.
Thanks Belle for the clarification
I passed my Salesforce Administrator exam on September 15, 2020, first attempt! I’m ready to start diving into the Advanced knowledge area. I’ll be purchasing this today. Well done Focus on Force breaking down the material into sections. This made it easy for me to identify my weak areas and focus on them using your material and put to use in the free Dev SF site. Thank you!

I passed my exam this morning at my first attempt. I really valued the guide and the practice exams for this certification. They really helped me to understand the content in greater depth. I did the Salesforce Bootcamp but I think this helped more.
