Hi guys is workflow and process builder still a thing on this exam or do you always opt for the flow option now?
Hi Kelly, thanks for reaching out! It actually depends on the question. Workflow Rules and Process Builder haven’t been completely removed from Salesforce, only the creation of new ones. When a requirement or scenario calls for new automation, we’ll opt for Flow creation. However, if there’s an existing Workflow Rule or Process Builder mentioned that needs updates, we’ll need to evaluate each capability to ensure it meets the requirement/scenario. Thanks for your insight!

I passed the test today. Thanks for the guidance. Id recommend if you don’t have experience in formula fields to look up most frequently used formulas for this exam. More specific formulas were rewritten out that I remember from being a consultant on this one. Other than that focus on force was a big help.
Hi Timothy you Absolutely crushed it, congrats on passing the exam! Your formula field tip is gold, especially for those new to the game. We’ll definitely add that to our study guide resources.
