Focus on Force is a great resource. I’ve studied Salesforce through Trailhead, took the class through Vetforce. It would have been tough to pass the test without Focus on Force study guide and mock exams. Now that I’ve passed Admin and App Builder, I’ll start Sales Cloud. Thanks FOF for the great resource

Hello, Just purchased the study guide and started preparation. I have a couple questions –
It appears that Tasks, Events, Campaign Members etc are Standard Objects however unable to customize? I am able to see them via Schema Builder so any more thoughts on this are appreciated.

What about Work Orders, I see this link here https://focusonforce.com/configuration/work-orders-in-salesforce-spring16-release/ however I don’t see Work Orders on my developer edition.

    Thanks,
    Vidya

Hi Vidya, the standard objects you mentioned can be customized. For example you can add custom fields to Tasks and Events, it is under Activities in Setup.
Regarding Work Orders, you must enable Work Orders in setup before you can see them. It is in the Field Service section.

I big thank you for providing this course and all the practice exams! I studied for at least 300 hours to pass my Salesforce Administrator Exam and took 2 tries to pass. With your Course and Practice Exams, I studied nights and weekends for about a month and passed my exam the first time!
What a difference! Your guide and exams were a good mix of “what is best practice” , “is this a trick question?” and simply knowing the answers to technical questions.
