Guys,
I have my service cloud test scheduled this sat. I was testing through the other Proprofs and quizlet and when i took the tests here I royally flunked, I love the format and the questions make more sense and truly test your knowledge. I am going to take the rest of the day today and tomorrow to take the tests multiple times to get ready for Sat. Are there any suggestions i will need to pass this test for sure. Any tips will help.
Hi Shwetha, check the forum for experience from others. Also please note that Salesforce mentions Lightning specifically in the official study guide, this certification has specific Lightning questions, such as Lightning knowledge and service console.
Hi Martin, can you please update these questions based on Summer 18 release?
We have updated according to the changes in the official study guide, such as new objective on Lightning Knowledge migration and brand new section on Service Console.

Passed my service cloud exam today… Was pretty tough as there were only 2 question on the sample tests that were very similar. However, the other questions were all doable if you really know the ins and outs of all the questions within the practice exams. I did the 3 self test 2 separate times, starting with failing all of them pretty bad initially, but using the answers and related documentation to beef up. I then went to the section specific questions and really concentrated on the high percentage questions. I did them all 2 times again. Once done, I could get 90% of all questions or higher in all the sections and understood the concepts (which is the key to passing). These questions here aren’t the questions used, but you can pass if you really understand what is being asked. Also, the summer ’18 updates really wasn’t tested on. Know you communities, chatter capabilities, and your industry knowledge…and the areas they tell you need to know.
Just passed the exam! This site is amazing :) It has helped me with 4 certifications and I’m sure it will help me with more in the future. I recommend to everybody I know!
I meant to post a while ago. I love this site. It has the best quality practice exams that I’ve been able to find and great study materials for support. It’s also a great deal! $38 for a study guide & practice exams to potentially increase my salary by $10-15k/year can’t be beat. When I was brand new to Salesforce, I learned a lot of WRONG and inaccurate information from exam “dumps” and bad quality training videos. I had to unlearn all of that and relearn best practice/accurate info.
This site was a huge part of me passing the Admin and Service Cloud Consultant certs. These certs have helped me switch careers and get recognized and compensated for my abilities! I’m now working towards a few more this year. I’ve recommended it to friends and coworkers at various levels and highly recommend to anyone looking to pass through understanding the material, rather than trying to memorize exam dump questions and answers. I bought many courses from this site (App Builder, Dev 1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), both Study guide and Practice Exams.
I passed all the certification tests in one try. I would strongly recommend those courses. They are very effective studying materials.
