Send an outbound message is the right answer. I’m a bit confused. When the flow has the ability to send an email alert static action by supplying the record id, it can be used to send an outbound message. What am I missing?
Hi, a flow cannot be used to send an outbound message using native functionality.

I passed my service cloud exam today first try . I found this exam hard in comparison to all the salesforce exam i’ve taken (Admin, App builder and Salescloud using just your course). Your course was instrumental to me passing and this was the only course i studied. Very well put together and the practice exam was extremely helpful.
For anyone looking to pass the service cloud, i advise using focus on force practice course and question. It’s sufficient to pass the exam. Now off to study for my advance admin. Thanks Martin.
This set of questions is the reason i was able to understand the line/ type of questions that will be on the exam. Main reason for passing this exam was Martin!!!(NOV 27 2018)

Passed Service Cloud this morning. These practice exams were fantastic. It still wasn’t easy, but I definitely felt better taking this one than I did the previous 2 certifications!

This mock exams are a good preparation, but don’t forget to read documentation and make trailheads badges too !

I passed my Service Cloud Consultant exam today on my first try. Thanks for taking the time to create this courses and to keep them up to date. Mock exam questions here are a perfect way to prepare for real exam after going through theoretical parts – they have similar wording and format, similar pattern for answers, so there was no surprises on the exam. I found both study guide and text exam very helpful! Thanks again!
Passed the Service Cloud Consultant exam today, but just like my Admin exam I must be honest – it was close! I followed my prior methodology of creating 0, 25, 50, 75 and 100 confidence columns and writing the number of the question in the column according to my confidence in my answer. It helps me prioritize my review better than just marking them for review (started with 0, then 25, then 50 etc. – got through most of the 75% confidence before I ran out of time. At the end I multiply my confidence by the number of questions in that column to estimate my score and again I was within a few points of my actual score on the exam (calculated by multiplying scores I got times the weighting %). Bottom line is there is a fair amount of terminology IN THE QUESTIONS that I did not see in any of the study materials or exams. I expect that in the answers but not in the questions. I think if I had taken another 2 days of review on the exams and study guide I would have done better, but hey, what’s that phrase “2.0 and go”. My input is similar to another I read, do the exams and get the answer for each question as you go then study the material to know why you got it wrong or even why you got it right (you might not really know), then move to the next question. Don’t worry about timing yourself, the important thing is to understand the material because you’re going to get a lot of curve balls. I recommend going through the exams at least twice. I don’t have any prior Salesforce experience and just passed my Admin cert about a month or so ago so you understand my level of expertise. I was just surprised that there were so many areas I felt strong in that were phrased in terminology I had no seen. I really wish they would tell you which questions you got incorrect and why, but alas, it’s over. I need one more cert. Can anyone talk to the level of preparation to pass community Cloud consultant vice Sales Cloud consultant? I plan to get both, but right now I’m time limited and need to get one in a short period of time. Any suggestions?

Thanks for these courses, it did help me pass my Service Cloud exam the first time. In fact some of the questions were similar.

Unfortunately i didnt pass the test yesterday and i can vouch that some of the sections i scored in 80%’s but not enough to pass. I did notice quiet a bit from Lightning console and Lightning Knowledge. I will look into these sections now. My retake is in a week and half.
