   Passed My exam on April1,2019. Very well organized material. I scored almost 80%, the real exam is much hard than these practice exams. I would say if you are scoring above 75% in practice tests you can expect to pass the real test. I got only 60 questions and still got 105minutes . ( was expecting 65 questions and 105 minutes but got only 60). Expect many scenario based questions. Thank you Martin for setting up such a nice organized material.

   Just done the W19 Service Cloud Exam. Quite a few questions on Live Agent and Omni-Channel set up and config. Despite all of that I got through OK.

   I just passed my Service Cloud Consultant certification exam today! I had previously used the FocusOnForce practice exams for my Developer certification, and just like that exam the practice exam questions for the Service Cloud certification are very representative of the questions on the actual Service Cloud exam.

   The practice exams by topic give you an excellent gauge on where you need to focus any extra study efforts. And then taking the timed practice exams prepare you very well for taking the actual exam in both content and format.

   Thanks Martin. I highly recommended registering for this service.
