   Hi, just a couple of comments on some things i notice that may or may not be typos… on Service Console practice test, there is a question that states “…an external system is used to store and manage <> support tickets”. I wonder if that should be internal (as mentioned a couple of times). the word internet implies an external website which would make one think the answer would be Web Tab, which is wrong.
