However, you can create an org from Trailhead (Trailhead Playground) or a Developer Edition org for free that you can use for hands-on practice. Hi FoF, I just remembered that I hadn’t commented in Oct 2022. After completing the Prepare for Your Salesforce Administrator Credential offered by Trailhead and using the study guides and exam preps offered by FoF, I passed the SCA exam on the first attempt! The exam prep questions are well written and prepared me for the scenario-based questions on the exam. I learned how important it was to read and reread the questions asked after seeing how often I’d get the wrong answer from silly mistakes. I passed my test! Thank you so much for how in-depth the course material was. There were many questions on my exam regarding Workflow tool and Process Automation in addition to Flow Builder so I am so glad you didn’t take this information out of the course materials since I am relatively new to using Salesforce and haven’t used the older automation tools. I felt extremely well prepared and confident going into my test yesterday. The practice tests were also helpful but the questions were extremely easy compared to the real Salesforce exam. It would be nice if there was a more in depth discussion of when to use Page Layout vs Record Page vs Business Process. Again, thank you so much! Your customer service is fantastic. I love Charly’s videos too. She makes me laugh.
