    One of the exam questions in practice exam 1 has two identical answers (word for word). This happens to be the correct answer, and even though I selected it, it was still marked incorrect (I’m assuming because the other identical choice is the one selected as the “correct” answer on the bag end. I don’t want to post the details here, but I also opened a case. Happy to share the specifics.

      Are you pertaining to this question?
      Cosmic Solutions have enabled their customers to log cases in their Experience Cloud site. They would like to display possible articles that could help the customer when they log a case to assist with self-service. How could this be achieved?

      Two of the answers looked similar at first glance (but are actually different)
      – Select ‘Enable Suggested Solutions’ in Support Settings and select the Customer channel.
      – Select ‘Enable Suggested Articles’ in Support Settings and select the Customer channel.

      Could it be that you have chosen the erroneous one?
