Honestly although I went through all Practice Exams and thought I was quite well prepared, there were quite a few questions that caught me by surprise…
A lot of Einstein questions, Slack, Swarming, like many mentioned above, but nonetheless without this platform I wouldn’t have made it! Thank you, Focus on Force, you never disappoint :)

Just passed and echoing what others here have said. Just 3 options per question, no multiple choice, and no questions about field service. Anyone know if Sales Cloud has moved to the same format?

FOF team: You are doing a great job in designing the course material for all these exams. While I will be preparing for this exam in coming days, this stuff has helped me a lot in earlier exams. Additionally the way it is presented helps us to understand in a better way and is helping us in day to day work.

Passed the exam today with the help of these practice exams. However as Jack already mentioned the exam is now 3 choices. Also some content is out of date as I remember no practice questions about Salesforce Messaging, while I did get quite a few in the actual exam.

Passed my exam on Saturday using the study guide and exams as my primary source to study. As a few others have mentioned might be a little bit too much information on flows as the questions would only ask if one should be used.
My exam might have been an outlier, but I only had 1 slack swarm question and maybe 2 Einstein questions. Reports were asked a decent amount.
Some of the material could be condensed and might not need 75 questions for Knowledge Management practice exam when it is only 8% of the test. With that said it is better to be overprepared and after a few questions I knew FoF gave me all the information and confidence I needed.

Just passed the Service Cloud cert in my first attempt. Bought both the study guide and practice exams. Both were helpful as always but I feel there could be improvements with streamlining some of the content.
I completely agree with Deron’s comment especially with the flows. The material covered may be a bit overboard considering how they approached the questions.
Reports were asked more frequently than expected so keep that in mind when prepping.
Anyway thanks FOF, I’ve managed to get 3 of my 4 certs through this platform!

I agree with Deron below. Passed on 2nd attempt. Other guides were flawless so far.
I passed the Service Cloud Cert exam despite significant issues with some of the Course:
1. Too much material on how Flows work when no single question in the exam asked more than whether or not you would use a Flow as a solution
2. Too much on the older Social solution that Salesforce has deprecated in lieu of customers finding an App instead like Sprout Social. Not a single question on the older Social solution
3. Too much on Field Service when that’s a separate certification entirely. Not a single question on Field service in the exam I experienced.
Also, you have Case Management program into 2x parts with testing modules for each part but the quiz modules ask you questions from BOTH parts of the study guide. This literally means you can’t study one part and take the related quiz but you have to study both parts before you can take the related quiz.
This is the only FoF study guide that had significant problems unlike the other study guides. As I noted in the forum on several questions, having had 7x certifications, I’ve never been tested on material not covered in the official trailmix. I’ve been tested on way in the weeds details of the trailmix (knowledge articles) but nothing that wasn’t there. This study guide had a lot of material not covered in the official trailmix.

Just passed my Service Cloud exam, few points
The exam is now 3 choices – you select 1 option instead of 4 choices with some multi-select
There is a push on Einstein questions, I think some material from this course may need to be updates
Slack Swarms are asked a few times and A few on Case teams and Sharing rules/sets
Literally just got out of the exam and headed straight over here to brain dump anything I could do to help. Good Luck all.
