   I’ve just passed the Service Cloud Consultant today. This is my toughest Salesforce Exam until now. There are many multiple choices questions (choose 3 answers) . But with the very well organized information from this site, I passed this exam first try. My 1 year objectives completed with 5 SF certificates and I registered 4 courses from this site.    Is the course and practice exams updated with W18 release?

   The official study guide just was released yesterday for W18. We have checked and found there were no changes to the topics covered. We regularly review our study guide and practice questions to make sure they are still current and accurate.

   Hi,

   The service cloud study guide and practice questions were just completed recently and align with the latest official study guide topics. The recommended study pattern is to go through the study guide topics, then do the corresponding practice exam topic exams and then finally do the mock full practice exams. You will then know your strengths and weaknesses and where to concentrate your study.
