In the comments here, a trail is mentioned. Can you tell me which one? Is that required for this study guide? (or maybe bring up the chances?).
Are these guides and exams updated for each release? I am trying to get both, guide and exam this time (Are those bundled? Want to make sure I buy those properly).

Hi Jaswinder, there are some Trailheads that cover Service Cloud topics, I don’t have the specific names handy sorry.
If you have time, and you don’t have practical experience with Service Cloud I recommend to go through them, as they will give you hands on experience.
The study guide and practice exams will help you to focus on the essentials you need to know.
Unfortunately the practice exams and study guide are not bundled currently, you need to purchase separately.
Yes every release, we go through the official study guide and look for any changes, and update accordingly. We also do a review for any major functional changes.
