Thanks for the training material! I was able to pass the ServiceCloud consultant certification on first attempt.
The course was very detailed, a bit heavy to read but very complete to face any question in the exam.
The exam did not include multiple answers, only one possible answer per question.
Strong focus on AI and Slack swarms that i was not really prepared for. But no pb.

Even though the course was recently updated by SF, the FoF material along with Trailhead was good enough to understand the core concepts and help prepare for this one.
