Got my Sales cloud certification today and few weeks back the prereq SF Admin cert. FoF -great courses and recent updates have been very useful for WI(20) exams. Next Service cloud and Advance Admin in the works
That’s great, congratulations on clearing the exam! We are glad to hear that you found the materials and updates helpful. Good luck in your next certs!
I just passed the exam today. I will say that I think it needs a good review and edit – there are lots of redundant parts from one section to another, and yet important content that IS covered in the Advanced Admin course’s Sales Cloud subsection is NOT covered in this course.
Hi Kelly, congrats on passing the exam, and thanks for your suggestions and constructive criticism. We will do our best to improve the course to be more helpful in the future!
How can I reset / clear the “green check” on the Sales Cloud to start over again the study period?
Hi Juan, we have reset your progress for the Sales Cloud study guide. Feel free to send us an email when you would like us to do the same for your other courses.
Hi, please send an email with that request to [email protected]
Thanks zrna.
I love your study guides! Except I do wish you had a ‘download’ or ‘view offline’ option, or a ‘print’ format. It would be VERY helpful for those of us that travel a lot for work. Any plans to add that in the future (or am I missing that you have it now?)
Thanks for the nice words about our materials! The reason that we don’t have options to download is that we update our courses very often. We don’t have a printable view either, however, you can print the Study Guide by opening all toggles (except Review section) and press CTRL/CMD+P.
Agree would love some offline modes. Would love to work on some courses while I’m commuting on the train. Internet is so super spotty that I cannot hotspot.
Passed Sales Cloud today using solely the materials provided by Martin Gessner and the hardworking Focus on Force Team. Thanks so much for providing the essential study guide and practice exams that I used to get Certified! This is the new Salesforce University!
Amazing news, Keyrollen! Congratulations on clearing the certification exam! The whole team is happy to know that our materials helped!
Hello Martin and team,
I am looking to take the SalesCloud exam in early March. could you please let me know time line wise is this ample time ? I am going by the time I gave myself for the other SF certifications but was not sure if the time I have allotted is sufficient for this exam as this is my first consultant exam. TIA
Hi Vernna, I would suggest making a plan of how you can systematically cover all of the objectives with the time you have available. Generally 2-3 months is a good timeframe to study and revise, but it totally depends on how much time you have to dedicate to it.
Hi Martin,
Please let me also know if Communities and Ideas are topics that are touched upon in the exam. Thank you
Hi Vernna,
Salesforce used to have a ‘Communities and Site Management’ category before in the exam guide, but they removed it. I don’t think those topics are covered in the exam.
I just took WI20 Sales Consultant (and passed). The sections in this study guide align with the sections reported in my score. Thanks for keeping content current. For the other exams that I have taken, I focused more on the practice exams. For this one, I was only able to rush through the study guide in a few sessions.
Congrats, Cynthia! We are glad to hear that the study guide helped despite the time crunch.
So content of the study guide etc will be updated to WI20 early in Jan ?
Hi Piotr,
As of date, most of the Winter ’20 updates are now done in the Sales Cloud study materials. We will try to finish everything by next week.
Hi Sara
All updates according to new Winter20 exams has been updated? Do you know if the actual exam is putting Winter20 questions already? for Sales Cloud I mean
Hi Juan,
Our materials are updated according to the Winter ’20 release. The actual exams are already based on Winter ’20.
When I registered for Sales cloud exam which will be this Saturday Dec 14th it said (Su19) now it has changed to (WI 20) . Will I miss significant material to pass the exam as I have only 3 days to go
Hi Shirish, Salesforce changed to Winter ’20 on December 6th. If you want more time to prepare, you can reschedule exam for free 72 hours before the exam. However, most of the topics remain the same, and if you felt that you’re prepared enough, it’s likely that you will pass. So it’s up to you to decide to take the exam or to reschedule.
Thanks – I am all set to take it . Hope I do make it good.
Hi Zrna,
As per this link, Winter’20 exam guide, i don’t see any new changes, where can i find the new changes or study guide ? with details of section and weightage ? i have the exam on Sunday, so want to see what are the new areas i need preparation.
