Do people find the Sales Cloud Certification easier or harder than the Admin cert?
As hard as the Admin Cert in my point of view.
Hi there!
Have been successful finished my Sales Cloud Consultant Certification. The courses were really helpful , even the Sp20 version of the exam seem to be completely overhauled. However, I can really recommend to subscribe to that courses since they are providing a different view on the important topics needed to pass rather than Trailhead does!
I passed my Sales Cloud Consultant exam this week thanks to the content on focusonforce.com. The content is very comprehensive, although it took a couple of months to cover everything in detail it was well worth the subscription.
Awesome news, James! Congratulations on clearing the exam! The whole team is happy to know that our materials helped, cheers!
I cleared my Sales Cloud cert in first attempt. Thank you for the wonderful material.
Congratulations on clearing the exam, Dhara! Our team is happy to know that our materials helped!
That’s great, Dhara! We are also glad to hear that our materials helped.
Is there a certain point that the Sales Consultant exams not useful anymore? I’ve struggled to pass the actual certification despite doing well on the practice exams. Yet at a certain point the practice exams are starting to seem not that useful because I have taken them so many times that many of the answers I have memorized. I need another approach to studying for the Sales Cloud cert with the Foucs on Foce materials. Suggestions?
Hi Jonathan,
The practice exams won’t be of much help anymore if you’ve already memorized the questions and answers.
Since you’ve already taken the exam, you can base your study plan from your experience there. You could focus on the categories you scored low on and consider doing more hands-on work on those topics using your dev org or Trailhead. You might have also encountered questions or topics you weren’t confident with — this is a good chance to read up on them in more detail.
I passed the exam last night!
Thank you very much for providing this great resource!
Great news Kadir, thanks for sharing!
I’m struggling to make the information in this guide digestible. There is a ton of content; literally hundreds of pages if this were to be printed. There is way more info than even SFDC provides for the exam (which is what I used to pass all my prior exams), so a lot of it seems helpful but non-essential. Further, the pages are not designed to allow the user to copy/paste the most salient points (though it’s not impossible). I’d like to be able to differentiate between essential and helpful content. So I’m curious (1) what the designers’ intentions were for studying, and (2) how others have made this volume of information digestible and usable. It’s probably just me, but in this format the guide is actually quite unhelpful.
Hi Chris, the intention is to provide as much or as little as you need to be familiar with the objectives. Everyone is coming from a different level of knowledge and experience, so one person may look at the overview diagram and introduction and decide that they are very familiar with the topic and only need to browse the rest of the headings. Another person may never have come across a feature and will spend time to read all of the content, look at the screenshot examples and delve into the trailhead links and look at the feature in their own org. You can also use it in conjunction with the practice exams. If you take a topic exam and do not feel confident about the topic, you can decide which sections of the study guide to spend more time on.
Passed my Sales Cloud Consultant exam today! Love your practice exams, they always help the most.
Great news, admillican08! Congratulations on clearing the exam. We are happy to know that our materials helped!
Hi There,
I have paid for the Sales Cloud Content but I cannot seem to find the practice exams anywhere ?
Hi James, Study Guide and practice exams are separated courses and each of them needs to be purchased separately.
Completed my Sales Cloud certification exam today. Your study guide and practice exam, coupled with Trailhead and real life experience, were really helpful. I look forward to completing more with your materials. Thank you ever so much.
That’s awesome to hear, Lydia! We are glad to be a part of your Salesforce journey.
