   confusing that the order of sections for service cloud exams differs from that for service cloud study guide – however, i do like that the more heavily weighted material comes earlier, as opposed to later in the studying.

      Hey Jorge! How difficult was the exam? I am taking mine probably next month and I heard it can be quite confusing due to Lightning VS Classic.

   This is the 3rd exam I’m passing thanks to the FoF Team. For all of them I used a combo of Study Guide + Exam Questions + Salesforce Help community.

   Hi FOF, how come there are only 15 questions for the section: “Implementation strategies” ? Most of the sections contain 40 – 70 questions.

      Thanks for the feedback. The information in that particular section is not as diverse as the information available in other sections. We’re looking at adding a few more to it soon.

   Hi there – I just passed the Service cloud consultant exam. The practice exams were great, however I have a few observations from the actual exam (while it’s fresh in my mind):
   1) There was literally no questions about classic, except for migrating knowledge. I felt I spent too long studying the differences between lightning and classic
   2) Lightning Guided Engagement – this came up a few times, but I don’t recall seeing it in the practice questions
   3) Skills routing – least active vs most available – this also came up more than once, but it wasn’t something that was covered in the practice (I think)

      Congratulations on getting certified! Thank you for the feedback as this will help us further improve our materials. We are slowly reducing our exam questions and study guide topics that refer to Classic and converting them to either be UI independent or Lightning exclusive.

      Hey Ben, Congrats on passing! thanks for the heads up on Skills Routing. I noticed the same thing on my exam. I had two questions regarding Least Active vs Most Available. thanks to your heads up, I did a little brushing up just in case and passed the exam last night.
