Hi, just wanted to confirm that all the sections that say “to be retired” beside them are not longer to be studied/viewed and just the updated/new sections? because on my dashboard I currently have some new sections and weightings as well as the old sections and weightings which now read “to be retired beside it”. Just want to be super clear on what I need to be doing moving forward
Hi Soluchi, that is right. These sections were retired in the recent exam outline updates that took effect on June 23, 2021. We kept them published for a period of time to help with the transition, especially for those users who were not aware of the changes.
Hello- wanted to know if the material, lessons, and practice exams have been fully updated per the new exam guidelines and information? Or is it still being updated? Wanted to know when I can start looking and studying the material on FocusOnForce since I plan to take the new updated exam in July/August. Thanks!
Hi Alejandra, our materials for both the Study Guide and the Practice Exams have been updated to match the new exam outline.
Thank you, and thanks for the quick response!
I bought this Admin course a few weeks ago and was at 30%, really confusing it has all changed now. Don’t even know where to start from here. Any suggestions?

Hi Sabrina, yes, all the exams (topic/practice/question bank) are now updated and is aligned to the new exam outline.
Hi, I’m happy to have gotten these practice tests and study guides.
I noticed that after the Workflow/ process information it says that those guides will be retired on June 23. Which is today.
Does this mean I don’t have to study these sections for my certification exam this coming July 23rd?
I noticed that
I am curious about the upcoming exam that I am taking

Got to know couple mnts ago that Salesforce has made changes to Salesforce admin certification content which is effective from 6/23/2021
I was half way through with my course for admin certification and noticed that the sections of the course have been updated.
Wanted to get confirmation if the course is completely updated as per new guidelines of Salesforce admin certification OR is work being done to make updates? Accordingly, will have to plan my preparation again based on new content and sections.
Also what about admin certification practice exams? Have they been updated ?
Hi Gouriprasad, yes our materials for both the Study Guide and Practice Exams have been updated to be aligned to the new exam outline.
Standard and custom objects study section has disappeared. Was trying to brush up before my exam in 4 hours.
Hi Michael, the objectives from Standard and Custom objects have been moved to Object Manager and Lightning App Builder as per the new exam outline.
Hi, So for the retired lessons, I can’t no longer study them but wait until they are all updated? Is that right?
Hi BonBon, the material from the retired lessons has been moved to the new sections, we have left the retired lessons just until June 23 when the exam will officially change to the new outline.
I passed my exam yesterday! Thank you FofF – great quality material. Could not have done it without the huge range of test questions and mock exams.
Congratulations on passing the exam! We’re glad that our materials helped.
I’m happy to say that after months of studying, many practice tests and literally hundreds of hand-written flash cards, I passed my Salesforce Administrator exam. Thank you to Focus on Force for all of the great study materials and practice exams. I don’t think I could have passed without it. I found the explanations and the supporting links in the post-exam question descriptions especially helpful. Thanks again!
Awesome news, James! Congratulations on clearing the exam! The whole FOF team is happy to know that we are able to help! Cheers!
