Hello,
How can I download the video so I can listen on the go on my phone?
Thanks,
Hello Roble, a download function is not going to be available for security purposes. We would like to make sure that the audience of the videos have active FOF subscriptions and the materials will be kept private and secured. We thank you for your understanding.
Thank You for the step by step study guide and wide range for practice exam questions. I passed my Admin exam yesterday and hope to do more certification with FOF. Cheers:)
Hello Gowri! We are glad to hear that you are now a certified Salesforce Administrator. You’re preparations and diligence surely paid off. Congratulations and the whole FOF Team is happy for your new milestone!
Thank you FOF . I got my admin certification. The study guide and the exam side both helped a ton. I am now on the my next certification process. Again thanks to FOF team.
Thanks
Anindita
Hello Anindita! We are glad to hear that you are now a Salesforce Certified Administrator. We will continue to do what we do best — keeping the materials as relevant and up-to-date to be able to help more users like you. Congratulations and the whole FOF Team is proud of your achievement!
Congratulation Anindita!! And good luck with the next steps :)
I have a question, in the exam do they tell you if you have to choose more than one answer?
Hi there Farima. Yes in the exam they are very clear when you need to choose more than one answer. And remember there are no half points allocated. So if you get 2 out of 3 right, then it will still be marked as incorrect.
Thank you so much Dorothy for your answer! Sometimes I choose 3 answers instead of 2 or vice-versa, and miss the mark on those questions. It’s great to know they specify how my answers need to be chosen
Hello Anindita, Congratulations on your achievement. I have been preparing for the same admin certification. Could you please let me know if FOF study guide and Practice exams alone are sufficient enough to crack the certification or did you go through any other resources? Thanks in advance :)
Congrats.. I am also preparing for my exam. You finished the entire study guide? Did you took some other practice test as well?
I’m in the Sales and Marketing Applications step, and I don’t know if comes ahead but it will have some material about the graphics and how to use in which scenario?
I’m not quite sure what you mean by graphics. There are screenshots and diagrams in all the topics and use case scenarios in most of them.
I’m mean graphics from dashboard and wich use, like donut, bar, etc
Information about charts can be found in the Data and Analytics Management topic.
First time attendee and total newbie to Salesforce. Great session, learned a ton, Charly is an exceptional instructor. A rare talent to be an expert and be able to teach. The link to the feedback survey was posted twice in the comments but I couldn’t click on it nor could I select and copy it. Are you able to post it here or direct me to where I can complete the survey, please?
Thank you for the nice words, Jodi. We’ll make sure that Charly gets to receive your compliments, she would be thrilled. Here’s the link for the survey — https://forms.gle/ucCMFu89p81ThbW88
Completed. Thank you for posting the link.
Hello! When will the 9/21 training video with Charly be uploaded?
Hello Stefanie, as of writing, 4 sessions are now uploaded included the one conducted last Thursday. You may access them here.
Thank you!!
Hey,
Where can I find the records?
Hello Caroline! If what you meant were the recordings for the Study Groups for Admin Certification held by Charly Prinsloo, they accessible from this page.
Kindly expand the ADMIN STUDY GROUP VIDEOS toggle and you should be able to view them.
Hi Team,
I would like to ask you that is the Salesforce admin study material and practice exams sufficient to pass the certification? Also have done some of the modules in Trailhead and I have my exam in few weeks.
Thank you.
Hi Madhavi! Thanks for the inquiry. I have spoken lately to a user who had aced the Admin Certification Exam and this is what he shared: “I’d like to share my experience when I was preparing for my certification. During my preparation, along with the Focus on Force study guide topic, I did the same topic in the Salesforce Trailhead Admin Trailmix. After completing those, then I’d do the FoF topic exam. After I had completed all the topics, I did the FoF practice exams. I would also mimic some of the scenarios in the exam questions in my Salesforce dev org especially if the topic wasn’t clear to me. Before I took the official exam, I had completed several Super Badge projects in Trailhead as well. Doing hands-on scenarios in my dev org definitely helped.”.
We wish you all the best on your upcoming exam. Good luck!
Hello,
I would like to know the winter 22 release date(as per release it says 9 Oct but somewhere in the other sources it said 5th Nov- I am confused), as I am planning to write my Admin certification in mid-Nov(would the exam would be on summer 21 notes or winter 22). Because the material is updated till summer 21, when would I get access to winter 22 notes?
Thank you.
Hi Madhavi, Salesforce don’t release exact dates on when a certain release update will be reflected on their exam outline. What the FOF Team does is to continuously monitor the official exam outline if it has already taken effect. As a projection, based historically, it might take effect sometime in December or early January — BUT it’s something that is not 100% sure and set in stone. Our Team will be updating our “What’s New” page for these types of updates and announcements.
Hi Madhavi. I had the same question too and was wondering if there would be any changes to SU21. Happy to connect as I also plan to take my admin cert during Nov first week.
Hi Jo, Sure
Hello Force team,
Thanks for making the recording of the study group from last week available. Near the 55:00 min mark, there appears to be a user question about multi-languages that Charly helps answer. Is enabling multiple languages an option for admins or end users? I checked my permissions in the dev org and I am only able to select one language at a time, so not sure how we can (or if we can at all) enable multiple languages at the same time?
Hi Vikram! We hope that you found the recording material. Our next schedule with Charly would happen on Wednesday, October 13th, at 7PM Central Time. The question that you have posted would be a good one to ask Charly on her Q&A portion so she can address it and shed further clarification. See you!
