A huge thanks is in order here. I had only 2 months to study and prepare for the Service Cloud Consultant exam after passing the Administrator exam. I thought I could get by with just the material from Trailhead, but after failing the exam on Monday (Feb 22nd) I was scrambling on what to do as I needed to pass by today (Friday the 26th). I was recommended this site just 2 days before my retake and after just one night of study using these practice exams, I can say that I have passed the consultant exam handily. You all have put together a wonderful resource that actually helps and I am very grateful to have been introduced to this platform.
I found the actual exam to not focus as much on Classic as the material here, but overall the content of these practice exams is the most useful and similar. I will definitely be using the resources here for any future exams I will take.

Greetings. I’d like to say “thank you” to FoF team for this excellent way to prepare for certifications and identify the gaps in the knowledge. Having accepted an offer in new company, I was tasked with completing 5 certifications in limited amount of time, including Service Cloud Consultant. This is the third exam that I’ve decided to take in and I’m happy to report that I passed. While there are of course some differences between the actual exam and what we have here, in my opinion FoF tests prepare you better for the actual job and help you better understand the product and possible solutions.

I passed Service Cloud exam. I wanted thank you for your amazing work to put together this course. I did followed your practice exam sets along with Trailhead course. My advice to students, FoF has really good practice question sets which will give a real sense of exam pattern.

Today I passed the Service Cloud Exam. The Study guide was fantastic and the Practice Questions were very similar to the questions I got. It was pretty easy if you study properly. Thank you!

I passed my Service Cloud exam yesterday. Thanks a lot for the prep. I was getting 90-95% on the practice exams here and scored around an 80% on the actual test. I thought it was quite difficult but this course does teach a lot concepts of what is covered.

Hello All,
I passed my Service cloud consultant examination on Sunday 29 Nov 20. It was hard as usual and wanted to credit FoF for prepping me up again. This is the 3rd cert that I gained with help from FoF and have never been disappointed using them. I always purchase their practice exams for any certification I am attempting for. The approach taken by me was to complete the trailmix and trailheads, attempt the FoF topic exams, then attempt the FoF practice exams and then the final SFDC exam.
I was able to clear only 2 sections out of 9 topic exams as I had completed the trailheads few weeks/months back but I took it as a learning/refresher exercise which helped me clear all practice test scoring above 80% in first attempt. I completed the practice tests one day prior to my final exam which kept my mind fresh on question pattern and wanted to elaborate that no matter how many trailheads you may complete, for some of the tricky questions that are asked in final exam, these practice exams help you answer any curved ball questions thrown at you.
Thanks Martin for wonderful resources. One thing I would really like to suggest would be to have some video training material available in future if possible ,as all these materials need lot of reading and visual learning is much quicker and easy to grasp.

Exam was primarily oriented towards Lightning, with some questions requiring an important level of detail.
