I just passed Admin exam, thanks so much Focus on Force team for everything! Now up next on my list is Sales Cloud & Business Analyst, I’d love if you guys can shed some lights on which one should I go first please? Any advice/recommendations would be much appreciated!! TIA
Hi, Emma! Congratulations on getting your Admin certification! As for your next exam, you can choose depending on your current role and the path that you are taking.
Business Analyst certification does not require in-depth Salesforce knowledge. However, it requires niche-specific knowledge, e.g., creating user stories, process mapping, etc. You can take this certification if you want to practice as a liaison between the business and tech teams. On the other hand, the Sales Cloud Consultant exam is focused on product implementation and requires in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
