   Hi guys, I’ve done today my exam for Salesforce Certified Administrator (SP19) and I fail it :(
   I have done a bad result but in my Exam Preparation based on all the 6 Test I had achieve good results over 80% for each one. How Can I proceed now? I know the test on this platform, but it has not been sufficient to pass the exam :( :(

   I would suggest to use your section level feedback and identify the areas that you need to work on. Make sure that when you review our questions, study guide or trailhead, that you really understand the concepts and try them out in your own dev org and include variations to make sure that you really learn about the topics, not just memorize.    That’s great that you passed PD1! Unfortunately, we don’t currently have any materials for Marketing Cloud.

   Hello,
   I am unable to take multiple notes. Every time I open the notes section, it pulls up the most recent notes I entered and when I try to enter new notes, it overrides and erases previous ones. How can I add more individual notes/line items without overriding previous entries. I do not see an option for this. Thank you!

   Hi Razia, congratulations on passing! We are currently working on Data Architecture, it is taking longer than we planned. We hope to have it done by the end of next month.

   Will there be a Road Map section coming anytime soon that shows what certification materials are currently being worked on and what is future state? Love your materials as they have been critical in my Salesforce journey!

   We’re glad that our materials have helped. A road map would certainly be a great addition to our site. We’re currently working on our Data Architecture & Management Designer materials. We’ll have more bandwidth to work on other projects and enhancements once that is done.

   These are both referring to the same thing, e.g. the Salesforce Administrator Certification Exam.
