   Hi,
   When I start a practice exam and leave it in the middle and come back later the next day. I lose the track of the questions I answered, it saves some progress but not all.
   This is very frustrating, especially with lengthy practice questions. Can this be fixed so it saves the progress properly please?

   Hi Doug, apologies for this inconvinience. When your session is interrupted, your answers are saved in a cookie for 3 days. When you resume the session, the question order is randomized, but they are the question you answered, just in a different order. We’re aware that not all questions are saved, and we are working on improving that, but we can’t tell how long will it take.

    Upon applying the coupon code: BlackFridayFoF, the reduction shows as 24.00 USD at a final total of: 205.00 USD

    Please advise on why the correct discount is not applied. If I am correct the total should be: (19.00*4)+(24.00*2) = 124.00 USD
    Please advise on the duration of the offer.

   Hi Dimitrios, apologies for the inconvenience. The coupon is valid until December 1st. Regarding the issue, could you please purchase the courses 2 by 2, or 4 by 4 instead of all at once? This way there shouldn’t be any issues.

   Hi Zrna, all, I tried buying 6 courses initially and it didn’t give the 50% discount. Then I removed 2 courses from the cart and the 50% discount was back. I completed the 4-courses transaction and then tried to add more courses to a now empty cart and plugged in the discount code again. At that time, I received the message stating the maximum limit has been reached for the discount code, i.e. the 50% discount wasn’t available anymore.
